I. Purchase and Order Information

•  My company is A/C Patch Workshop Kft., later ACPW.

•  Order options:  ACPW fulfills orders placed by phone, e-mail, and in person.

• Processing time:  I will process received orders within a maximum of 3 days and contact you.

•  Deadline commitment:  If you request an individual deadline, please note that I charge an additional "urgent" fee I inform you that the rate of the emergency fee: +15%.- I reserve the right to emergency to refuse an undertaking if it cannot be fulfilled.

•  Right of refusal:  ACPW reserves the right to refuse the order placed by the customer if its sample or some parts (e.g. used coat of arms) in any way conflict with our principles, or are under legal protection, and there is no proof of its use. We reserve the right even in the event that the quantity requested by the customer cannot be produced by the specified deadline.

I/I. Scope and description of discounts

•  Free framing, design and velcro closing:   If you, as a representative/employee of a Hungarian state organization, visit the ACPW to have my company make a unique seam allowance for the people protecting the homeland and citizens, in that case I will provide you with the design of the sample and the processing of the seam allowance free of charge. In addition, I will provide you with a Velcro fastener free of charge, if you can prove that the patch will be used by people who fasten it in this way for everyday wear. All this for a minimum order of 15 pcs.

•  Beneficiaries:  Police - Emergency Police - Anti-Terrorism Service - National Ambulance Service - Disaster Management - Punishment-Execution. In the case of ordering an organizational unit, it is valid for larger quantities. For more information, please inquire.

In other cases, the one-time design fee is determined based on the number of stitches, the desired number of pieces and the detail of the pattern, which requires individual assessment in each case. There is no one-time design fee in the case of a design already prepared by me, i.e. an existing arm badge. In case of ordering by a non-beneficiary person, please inquire about the sample design and minimum number of pieces, as well as the prices for the velcro closure.

II. Order

• Information required for your individual order:

•  Sample:  A digitally designed image of the desired pattern. If it is not available, you can also draw your ideas on a sheet of paper. If you have pictures of sample parts, please send them.

•  Dimensions:  Enter how high and how wide the finished seam allowance should be.

•  Special:  Specify whether you would like the sewing machine to have a special thread, such as: metal fiber threads (gold, silver, bronze, etc.), or fluorescent thread that glows in the dark.

•  Quantity:  Exactly how many pieces of the seam allowance do you want?

•  Recording:  Would you like a Velcro closure? Would you rather iron it? Make it sewable? - If you have decided, let me know or ask for my advice!

III. Payment options

•  With a fee request:  Fee requester, by creating a proforma invoice, in the case of larger orders. (I issue a proforma invoice for the fee request, and a payment invoice after completion)

•  With advance payment:  It will be settled after the products are manufactured, but before they are mailed. (We will issue an invoice with the product)

•  With reorder:  It will be settled by bank transfer within 15 working days of receiving the product. (We issue a transfer invoice for the purchase)

•  In cash:  You can pay in cash only if you have agreed in advance, in the case of a product that has been received in person.

•  Collection:  Please note that ACPW is NOT able to post cash on delivery upon request. Thank you for your kind understanding!

•  **Billing:  ACPW is subject to tax-free, so the prices displayed on the website or communicated during a personal meeting include VAT, which is indicated during invoicing with the symbol "AAM" (Subject Tax-Exempt) and its actual rate is 0%. ACPW is currently working in the KATA tax system based on current legislation, which is why I am unable to issue invoices to companies. Please inquire. Thank you for your understanding.

IV. Shipping information

•  The products prepared by ACPW are delivered by Magyar Posta Zrt. and Magyar Posta Logisztika Zrt. is carried out, in other cases GLS, Foxpost can also be considered upon consultation. We deliver my products in registered form using the "recommended" option, which we are not willing to waive upon request.

•  Additional options:  Time guarantee, Priority, In-hand.

•  For thermally printed products, I only use the GLS courier service.

•  Processing time:  I will process received orders within a maximum of 3 days and contact you.

•  Shipping cost:  Depending on the completed order, based on the weight and dimensions of the package, Magyar Posta Zrt. according to the fee schedule in force at all times.

•  Packaging:  Depending on the dimensions and the number of pieces requested, I can deliver my products to you in a standard envelope lined with paper, or in a box with more than 50 pieces. I will send sublimated mugs in a prefabricated box / break-proof / in case of small quantities. The price of the box and packaging is 350 ft. If you have a special request regarding the packaging - for an additional cost agreed in advance - we will fulfill it.

V. Right of withdrawal from purchase

•  Right of withdrawal in general:  45/2014. (II. 26.) Government Decree pursuant to the law on contracts concluded between persons who are absent, the Buyer may withdraw from his intention to purchase within 14 working days without giving reasons.

•  Right of termination in general:  Similarly, if the performance of the contract has begun in the case of a contract for the provision of services, you are entitled to terminate the contract without giving reasons within 14 days.

•  Validation deadline:  The withdrawal/termination period expires 14 days after the date of conclusion of the contract.

•  Method of validation:  If you wish to use your right of withdrawal/termination, you must send me your clear declaration by post or electronic means within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract. If you want to send it to me by post, please send it as a registered letter so that we can be sure to receive it.

•  Refund:  In the case of services that have already been paid for, if the sent invoice and product are returned and their condition is impeccable, ACPW will make the payment to the account number indicated by the Customer within 30 days.

• Exception:  In the absence of a different agreement between the parties, the Buyer may not exercise the legal right of withdrawal in the following cases:

• Service started:  In the case of a contract for the provision of a service, if the company has begun performance with the consumer's consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

• Unique product:  In the case of a non-pre-manufactured product that has been produced based on the instructions or at the express request of the consumer, or in the case of a product that has been clearly tailored to the consumer.

VI. Information on data management

•  During the course of your order, I will keep your personal data necessary for fulfillment confidential, and will not disclose it to third parties. The release of data can only take place if the law enforcement agency of Hungary gives an instruction to do so with a legally authentic certificate.

•  I record the data recorded during the order until the Buyer requests their deletion.
